1. Reports To:
- Inventory Control Supervisor / Manager
2. Description:
- Performs regular cycle counts, including variance analysis, root cause and corrections in MAPICS. Performs other administrative functions in support of inventory control operations.
3. Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation, achievement, and maintenance of the Quality and Environment Policies.
- Performs regular cycle counts as directed by Supervisor or Production Control Inventory Analyst
- Performs variance analysis based on cycle counts, finding root cause and making corrections in MAPICS.
- Performs routine administrative duties including computer operations, report preparation, filing, scheduling, report preparations, charts and graphs.
- May operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks), as necessary.

- High School diploma or GED.
- 5. Experience:
- Excellent math skills
6. Skills:
- None
7. Training Specific to Positions:
- None
8. Other
- Self-starter who can work with a minimum of supervision
- Able to bend, reach, climb, etc. to find and count materials
- Able to work safely in a warehouse environment
- Good organizational skills
- Good computer skills and familiar with related software applications, i.e. MS Word, Excel, etc.
