Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation and progress reports in pliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and intervention planning
• Provide direct services in both individual and group settings, adapting techniques to diverse learners

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure and certification as an SLP
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in K-12 settings
• Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, assessment tools, and intervention strategies
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively while maintaining accurate documentation
