You will also collaborate with other teams to streamline operations, optimise marketing and sales tools and technology, and improve overall performance.

The Opportunity
As part of the Agency and Production Management team you will lead the evolution of our advertising agency operating model, securing strategic alignment and operational excellence. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, oversee multiple projects, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations, driving business growth and fostering an environment where creativity thrives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape agency compensation frameworks and enhance production budgets, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to improve our marketing operations.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10 years of experience in agency leadership, agency relations, production management, and/or marketing operations
