Parts Department Clerk

The position of Parts Counter clerk will be responsible for working with customers and suppliers to accurately order needed parts, schedule appointments, and take customer payments. Customer Service and Verbal Communication skills are required. Prior experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Experience Required
• Qualifications we want are dependability and willingness to learn.
• Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays
• Strong attention to detail and prioritize customer satisfaction and safety.
• Calling customers to confirm appointments and making changes as necessary
• Assisting the Parts Department with general office tasks
• Ensuring a positive experience for each customer with every interaction
• Taking cash, card, or other forms of payment as required
• Acting with integrity and honesty as a representative of Max Motors Dealerships
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Interact with customers and employees with respect and professionalism.
• Responsible for meeting and maintaining departmental performance indicators and team metrics.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
