Customer Service Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Customer Service Representative

• You will be point of contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues via phone and email.
• This position will require to listen to concerns and provide effective solutions.
• You will answer phones, respond client's request online.
• Process and track customer orders ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales and technical support, to ensure comprehensive and timely resolution of customer issues.

Customer Service Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills
• Great Customer Service
• High School Diploma/ GED
• You must submit an updated resume
