Assembler

We are seeking a dedicated Sheet Metal Assembly Technician to assist in the production of mechanical assemblies, with a pay range of $14–$20 per hour depending on experience. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assembling items from engineering drawings, applying adhesives, cleaning and packaging parts, and moving materials throughout the department. While prior assembly experience is not required, candidates must be proficient with manual and air-powered hand tools and possess the high level of dexterity and steady hands necessary to pass a mandatory dexterity test. The ideal applicant is a detail-oriented individual who can follow written instructions precisely while upholding all safety, quality, and ISO/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Build items using engineering drawings or specific instructions
• Putting together components using hand and power tools
• Responsible for applying adhesives, cleaning parts, and packaging finished goods
• Must uphold all ISO and OSHA standards while following company safety rules and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and take proper care of all equipment
• Must have calm, steady hands and a high level of dexterity

The essential functions of this role include:
