**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding as appropriate to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, including the perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity and monitor for security-related concerns at the location.
+ Observe and report any irregularities, such as security breaches, facility hazards, and emergency situations.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and other personnel as needed while performing patrolling duties.
+ Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification as required by site policies.
+ Complete required documentation and reports related to patrols, incidents, and observations during assigned shifts.
+ Remain alert and aware of the surroundings to help to deter unauthorized activity and provide a visible Allied Universal presence at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
