Job Description

FANgineers play a vital role in the success of game days – they help engineer a great experience by providing the highest level of hospitality for our fans in the premium seating areas on game day. FANgineers serve as goodwill ambassadors to guests while maintaining the operational policies in place for all premium seating areas. FANgineers also serve as a liaison between guests, caterers, maintenance staff, custodial staff, Hospitality Managers, and the 2026 SEC Baseball Tournament personnel. This position will be in Hoover, AL at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.

Duties and Responsibilities

Primary duties to include, but not limited to the following:

• Act as game day ambassadors for REVELxp and the 2026 SEC Baseball Tournament.
• Ensure all game day policies and procedures are being upheld.
• Monitor entrances, review tickets, and be aware of access control protocols.
• Perform pre-, during-, and post-game duties associated with the premium areas (i.e., facility checks, guest admission procedures, access control, food & beverage needs, etc.)
• Other duties as assigned.

Availability and Opportunities

• Must have some availability to work May 19th-25th at Hoover Metropolitan Stadium.
• FANgineers are hourly employees. Hours will range between 5-6 hours per shift, 2 shifts per day, depending on the game schedule.
• FANgineers are expected to work the entire baseball game day shift, which typically begins 30 minutes prior to premium gate opening and ends approximately 30-45 minutes post-game.

Benefits

• Pay rate $15/hour
