USA CDL Recruiting is a recruitment company that provides 3rd party recruiting services to connect qualified drivers with companies in need of drivers. We currently recruit for multiple companies, whom we partner with to ensure only the best candidates get hired. We are owned and managed by a #ladydriver and are not your typical recruiting company.

Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Driver Recruiter. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for finding and recruiting qualified drivers, verifying DOT regulations compliance, facilitating the hiring process, and maintaining driver retention. Additionally, the Driver Recruiter will be responsible for ensuring clear communication and excellent customer service as they interact with both drivers and fleet owners.

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in DOT regulations concerning driver qualification required

Proven track record of hiring top-notch drivers

Extensive experience in driver retention is highly desirable

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving

Qualifications that would be beneficial:

Experience

Experience as a Driver Recruiter

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry

Must place a minimum of 1 driver per month to maintain access to our companies

***Most importantly if you're not interested in getting on the phone talking to lots of drivers on a daily basis pls do not apply as this is part of your required training before being certified for all companies***

Must follow directions meticulously to ensure we get paid from carrier

Must have a phone number your comfortable posting online, many get free google numbers.

Must have either computer or tablet to work from
