Facilities Groundskeeper

Responsibilities Provide quality grounds maintenance for all Sight & Sound properties year-round. This would include cutting grass, weed-eating, gardening, weeding, tree maintenance, mulching, and snow and ice treatment and removal. Support in building and vehicle maintenance, as well as department operation equipment. Help to create and keep an orderly and clean work environment to include all grounds and facility working areas. Qualifications Knowledge of grounds keeping duties including operating and maintaining the equipment Familiarity with fertilization and/or chemicals for foliage control and plant varieties and care. Valid Driver's License In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
