work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Proficient with software applications and EMR Systems
• Experience in healthcare and insurance verification is strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient with multitasking
• Patient scheduling and Intake
• Payments and Insurance Coordination
• Submit and Track timely insurance recertifications
• Scan and attach documentation such as medical records and Plans of Care
