Job Description

As an Electrical Technician, you will be responsible for installing and connecting electrical wiring to machinery. You will route and secure conduit, cable trays, and wiring according to layout and code requirements. You will troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues during installation and commissioning, and collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations. Additionally, you will read and interpret electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install and connect electrical wiring to machinery.
• Route and secure conduit, cable trays, and wiring per layout and code requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring issues during installation and commissioning.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical wiring and schematic reading.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and electronics.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform installations.
• Expertise in conduit and conduit bending.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical schematics.
• Experience wiring up to 480 voltage systems.
• Knowledge of AC/DC motor controls.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42000.00 - $61000.00/yr.

401k with 4% match, Holiday Pay with extra holidays in year, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, HSA, Short and Long term disability, Life, one day a month they have food trucks and give an hour instead of thirty minute lunch, christmas party, referral bonuses up to $2000, etc.
