This position will provide training for multiple aspects of operations. 1st shift (Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm) $16/hour Schedule may vary; flexibility is required. Associates must be available to work up to six days per week during the peak season (November through December) . Pay Rate: $16.00 / hour Duties: + Light novelty item manufacturing in a fast-paced environment. + Duties include decorating, towel/blanket press operation, packing, and shipping of individual items. + Must have the ability to perform safe handling and processing of products while standing for long periods. + Repetitive motion is necessary for production output. + Attention to detail and quality is important. + Dependability and attention to positive attendance + Must be able to work overtime as volume increase . Position Requirements: + Ability to lift parts weighing up to 30 lbs. without powered equipment assistance + Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions. + Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic + Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace + Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 30 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
