Industrial Press Operator-First Shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.32 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:00am to 02:00pm )

• Set up, operate, and monitor press equipment to produce quality rubber components according to production specifications.
• Load materials into the press, remove finished products, and inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings as needed and report equipment issues to supervisors or maintenance personnel.
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
• Work with the production team to meet daily output goals and ensure efficient operations.

Industrial Press Operator-First Shift Qualifications:

• Previous press operator, machine operator, manufacturing, or production experience is preferred but not always required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Must successfully complete any required pre-employment screenings, which may include a background check, drug screen, and verification of work eligibility.

• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
