Seeking a Director of Customer Service to lead customer experience initiatives and oversee service operations. The role supports team coordination, quality assurance, and process improvement. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily customer service operations.
- Train and support team members to achieve service standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate communication between team members and customers.
- Assist with policy inquiries, billing coordination, and issue resolution.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to motivate and support team development.
- Must meet applicable state licensing requirements.
