Position: Full-Time
Overview:
- Lead by example, setting the standard for operational excellence
- Coach and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service
- Handle operational tasks during a $4000 hour while maintaining quality standards
- Effectively communicate goals and expectations to the team
- Provide your team both positive and critical feedback
- Identify obstacles throughout the shift and take appropriate action immediately
- Demonstrate basic food safety knowledge and conduct assessments each shift
- Resolve guest concerns with confidence and according to company standards
Requirements:
- Minimum availability of 35+ hours/week, including Saturdays
- Open/close availability across 4 days
Benefits:
