Looking to make some extra money. Snelling is currently seeking a Temporary Data Entry Associate for a busy law office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and experience using QuickBooks 2024 in a professional office environment.
Pay: 14.00/hr
Schedule: 4 hours a day, 1st shift
Responsibilities :
- Enter invoices accurately into QuickBooks 2024
- Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
- Verify invoice information and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain organized electronic and paper records
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
- Handle confidential financial information with professionalism
Qualifications :
- Previous experience with QuickBooks 2024 required
- Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Experience entering invoices and financial information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous office or legal office experience is a plus
