Job Title: GovCon Biller with Costpoint Experience (Part-Time)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced GovCon Biller with expertise in Deltek Costpoint to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely invoices for government contracts using Deltek Costpoint.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and contract terms, including FAR and DFARS.
• Perform regular reviews and reconciliations of billing data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with project managers and accounting teams to gather necessary billing information and support contract modifications.
• Maintain organized billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue recognition.
• Provide support during audits by preparing and presenting billing data as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Biller in the government contracting industry.
• Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint is required.
• Strong understanding of government contract billing requirements and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
