Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting various operational tasks and ensuring the quality and efficiency of production. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Decatur, AL

Pay Range: $20.00

Shifts available: Monday - Saturday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
*some Sunday work may be required at times as well

What's the Job?

• Assist in manufacturing or warehouse environment tasks to support daily operations
• Perform lifting of weights occasionally not exceeding 25 lbs to handle materials and products
• Utilize hand tools for sorting, inspection, and checking products for quality assurance
• Participate in assembly of smaller products to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• Ability to lift and carry weights up to 25 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including some Sundays
• Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment is a plus but not required
