• Dedication to collaboration with families, support staff, and fellow educators

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective lesson plans based on IEPs and students’ unique needs
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as necessary
• Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages each student’s growth
• Maintain accurate records and communication related to student performance, IEP goals, and parental interactions
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers for cohesive support
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
