Our agency opened in 2024 and we’re a growing team of three focused on building something strong from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained leadership experience as a sales manager with AT&T. That background in sales and team leadership helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office. I graduated from the University of North Alabama and have been married for six years. My wife and I have two children and family is a big part of my motivation and leadership style. I stay involved locally as an Ambassador with the Chamber of Commerce and believe strongly in staying connected to the community we serve. We offer PTO and holiday time, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance as we continue to grow the agency. Our culture is positive, energetic, and family-oriented. Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
