What You’ll Be Doing

• Complete apartment maintenance service requests and repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
• Repair and install appliances, locks, and fixtures
• Perform apartment turns and make-readies
• Light plumbing & electrical experience preferred
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Assist with groundskeeping, pressure washing, and property upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and resident-friendly community environment

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC / EPA Certification REQUIRED
• CPO Certification preferred
• Previous apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects
• Basic hand tools required
• Power tools are a plus
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Professional and customer service-oriented attitude
