- Painting, patching, finishing
- Sheetrock installation and repair
- Light plumbing and fixture installation
- Basic carpentry and repair work
- Assist with demo, clean-up, and prep for larger projects
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and with quality workmanship
- Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to meet project goals
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on construction experience (painting, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to safely use power tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to travel regularly
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Why Join Us?
- Steady, year-round work with a reliable company
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Travel expenses covered (lodging, mileage/per diem)
- Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
- Paid time off and holidays
- Opportunity to learn new skills and grow within a supportive team
Ready to put your skills to work where they make a difference?
