Summary of Duties:

Manage and coordinate the scheduling and dispatching of ourtechnicians.Serve as the primary point of contactbetween customers and technicians.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills,a strongattention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Essential DutiesandResponsibilities

• Ensurequalitycustomer experience by relaying detailed andaccurateinformation to the technicians in the field.

• Record andreportsservice calls.

• Participates in training for professional development.

• Updates customers on technician progress.

• Submits work orders.

• Processes work order invoices.

• Collects on customer accounts.

• Process technician work orders.

• Handles dispatching forservicedepartments.

• Provides customer service to customers and technicians.

• Be available foradditionalduties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
• 
  Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Call Center experience preferred.
• HVAC experience preferred.
• Dispatching Experience.
