Career opportunity for an ethical, hardworking individual knowledgeable of Roofing, Building Envelope, Parking Garage and general commercial waterproofing, with the ability to assess conditions and offer cost effective remedial and replacement recommendations verbally and in writing. Candidate will have a strong background in some aspect of the roofing and waterproofing industry with the preference on a specialty waterproofing subcontractor background and proven achievements. A plus is the experience and ability to perform “peer” review and comment on waterproofing design and implementation. The candidate will be eager to solve problems and enjoy learning about proven strategies, new concepts and new products. Waterproofing experience in general will be considered with extra merit given to individuals demonstrating several successful years either detailing or installing above and below-grade waterproofing systems. Weekly travel involved and self-starting motivation is a must.
Background Check and Drug Testing are required. Total compensation package includes salary, vacation, individual insurance, commission and bonus opportunities.
