We are in need of a full-time Water restoration technician Assistant. Pay is hourly plus commission and bonuses.

Due to the demand of work some nights and weekends may be required.

We are looking for a reliable, self-motivated technician. Applicant must have a winning attitude, possess great work ethic, demonstrate great customer service and communication skills, time management skills, and work well within a team. Previous carpet cleaning and/or Restoration or sales experience is a plus.

Working with customers in their apartments/ homes/business to provide quality Carpet cleaning and Water Damage Restoration.

Carpet Cleaning Technician Responsibilities:

• Educate customers on the benefits of using our services.
• Clean and maintain all equipment.
• Uphold all company polices and procedures.
• Excellent customer service skills to uphold a high business rating

Restoration Services Technician Responsibilities:

• Water pumping and extraction
• Mold remediation
• Fire and smoke
• Moving & re-setting contents
• Setting drying equipment
• Antimicrobial applications as appropriate
• Maintaining vehicles in clean serviceable condition
• Removing and disposing of debris
• Maintaining equipment used in daily tasks

Applicants must be reliable, on time, and have transportation to and from office or location.

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting in excess of 50 lbs
• Access and mobility in tight spaces
• Sustained periods of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
• Ability to use mobile devices for collection of data and time.

Other Requirements:

• Motor Vehicle Record that passes company insurance standards.
• Valid Drivers License without a major violation
• Applicant must have own reliable cell phone service, smart phone is a plus
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Friendly and professional attitude.
• Ability to work with time constraints to meet specific deadlines

• Fast learner.
• Team player.
• Must be flexible and available to work 8 A.M. until work is complete plus on call weeks

** Candidates may be required to pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and criminal background check.
