Administrative Assistant
Job Description: Administrative Assistant at Tool Smith
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage correspondence and organize company documents.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Assist in the coordination of meetings and events.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role. Experience working in a similar industry is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Other benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
