Legal Assistant | Full-Time | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join a collaborative legal team and provide high-level support to multiple attorneys. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative and legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys

• Prepare, proofread, and file legal documents

• Manage calendars, deadlines, and case-related information

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

• Assist with transcription, reporting, and document management

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal

• Experience supporting multiple attorneys

• Strong typing, transcription, and organizational skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and legal filing procedures

• Civil litigation experience preferred
