Location: Anniston / Oxford, AL Area
Schedule: Monday – Thursday 7:30am–5:30pm, Friday 7:30am–5:00pm
Compensation: Up to $40/hr + OT + Bonus (Total Comp Potential: $100k+)

About the Position:

We’re looking for an experienced A or B Level European Auto Technician who’s ready to bring their expertise to our thriving shop.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and scheduled maintenance on all makes and models.
• Consistently deliver high-quality work with a “fix it right the first time” mentality.
• Work efficiently to achieve 35–40+ billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced, like-minded professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on professional experience.
• Experience in an independent shop (dealer techs welcome but must have independent shop background)
• Solid diagnostic and repair abilities across all makes and models.
• A team player with a no-drama, high-performance attitude.
• Someone who wants a career , not just a paycheck.

Bonus Points:

• OE/dealer-level certifications.
• College or technical school degree.
• Wheel alignment experience.

• Genuine factory scan tools (iScan, AutoLogic, ODIS, ISTA and Xentry)
• Hunter Road Force Balancer and BMW Factory Alignment Setup.
• Shopware DVI system.
• Shop laptop and dedicated phone for each tech.
• We’ll even relocate your toolbox to get you started!
