Parts Associate and Service Writer

Service Writer Duties:
Greet customers and listen to their service needs.
Create repair orders, schedule service appointments, and track repair progress.
Communicate effectively between customers and technicians.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates.
Ensure excellent customer experience from check-in to pick-up.
Parts Counter Duties:
Assist customers in finding and ordering the right parts and accessories.
Maintain inventory levels and restock as needed.
Process sales, returns, and special orders.
Build relationships with customers and provide product knowledge.
Support the service department with parts requests.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in powersports, automotive, or related industry preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic mechanical knowledge of ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, or marine equipment is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
Computer literacy for service writing and parts ordering systems.
