Key Responsibilities:

• Be the Heart of Hospitality : Greet guests warmly upon their arrival and provide a positive first impression.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly : Handle dining reservations efficiently, providing guests with accurate and timely information regarding availability and wait times.
• Embrace Team Spirit : Be flexible and willing to assist in other positions, such as food runner or dining room attendant, as needed to support the team and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Be a Key Assistant: Serve guests attentively, ensuring their needs are met promptly and their preferences are respected throughout their dining experience.
