**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any potential issues.
+ Monitor access points and observe activities throughout the location to help to deter unauthorized entry or suspicious behavior.
+ Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as needed.
+ Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
+ Support a secure and welcoming environment for employees and visitors at a technology-focused location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Loss prevention experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
