Position: Production Supervisor Location: McCalla, AL Industry: Manufacturing Salary: $70,000-$80,000 Schedule: On-site | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Our client, a well-established and growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the plant floor. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring safety and quality standards, and leading a team to meet production goals. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and efficiency targets Lead, coach, and develop production team members to improve performance and engagement Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Monitor product quality and collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste Track production metrics and prepare reports for leadership Partner with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams to support operations Qualifications: 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or similar methodologies preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency with production systems and Microsoft Office Why This Opportunity: Competitive compensation and benefits package Opportunity to lead and make an impact within a growing organization Supportive leadership team and strong company culture If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect with you.
