Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position supporting a learning center in Cullman, AL. This role will focus on providing therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of 49 students, ranging from individuals in 5th grade and below to some high school students with high needs. The position offers a part-time schedule of 3-4 days per week, onsite with some potential flexibility for hybrid or VOCO arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized speech-language therapy to students across various grade levels
- Manage a caseload of 49 students, including high-need groups
- Collaborate with educational staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in virtual interviews with the director as part of the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) licensure
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology desired
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with diverse student needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Location:Cullman, Alabama onsite position with some possibility for hybrid or voice coverage depending on candidate flexibility.
Contract Details:

- End Date: May 23, 2026
- Part-time schedule: 3-4 days per week
