Judd Edwards - State Farm Agent is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented high school intern to assist with basic administrative tasks and support our team of insurance professionals. This part-time position is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional office setting while developing valuable communication and organizational skills. We welcome your enthusiasm and fresh perspective as we work together to serve our customers and grow our business. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and directing customer inquiries.
- Help with scheduling and appointment reminders.
- Support the team by preparing and mailing documents.
- Learn about insurance services and assist in basic customer interactions under supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Basic computer skills (email, typing, and using office software is a plus).
