General Laborer/Helper Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment to manufacture and repair custom metal parts.
• Inspect finished products to ensure precision, quality, and compliance with customer specifications.
• Perform shaft fabrication, repairs, welding, and general machine shop work on a variety of components.
• Troubleshoot equipment and assist with emergency repair projects for industrial and agricultural customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment while collaborating with experienced machinists and fabricators.

General Laborer/Helper Qualifications:

• Previous machining, manufacturing, metal fabrication, welding, or related industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and maintain quality standards.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and fabricate custom parts and components.
• Ability to safely lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in a machine shop environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work well as part of a team
