Front Desk Associate
Montgomery Health Facility is seeking a Front Desk Associate to join their team. This job will be a contract role, but may become permanent for a qualified candidate.
Schedule: 7:30am - 4pm with a half hour for lunch. Monday through Friday
Pay: $15.00 per hour, with possible raise if hired permanently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for managing the front desk
- Answering a multi-line phone
- Making appointments on outlook
- Greeting team members
- Assist internal team members and soon to be new hires with their appointments
- Walking the team members back to the clinician for screening
- Provide general clerical and administrative support for the department, as well as to provide positive employee relations
- Respond to various inquiries via mail, phone, fax, e-mail, and in person; answering questions related to various policies, procedures, and benefits
- Maintain employee personnel files
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
- Strong team leadership skills, strong organization, interpersonal, and customer relations skills
- Must be able to meet strict deadlines
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- At least 2 years or greater clerical experience preferred
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- A TB SKIN TEST AND FLU SHOT WILL MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY AND WILL BE ADMINISTERED BY THE HEALTH CARE COMPANY
