Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM

As a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse, we invite you to lead by example and inspire our nursing staff as our new RN Unit Manager . Responsibilities:

• Lead by example: Oversee daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Mentor and develop team members: Provide guidance, support, and opportunities for growth to our nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Coordinate patient care: Manage patient flow, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and improve quality metrics: Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse with a valid AL RN license and current BLS certification.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
