What You'll Do

• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including cleaning, painting, and light repairs
• Maintain the overall curb appeal and cleanliness of the community
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Clean breezeways, amenity areas, parking lots, and common spaces
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready projects
• Perform pressure washing, light painting, and general maintenance tasks
• Support the maintenance team with basic repairs and preventative maintenance
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the management team
• Help ensure the community is always clean, safe, and welcoming

What We're Looking For

• Previous porter, groundskeeper, make-ready, janitorial, or apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
