Receiving Forklift Operator

Location: Red Diamond | Moody, AL
Second Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime: Occasional Fridays as needed
Pay: Starting at $22/hour

What You’ll Do:

As a Receiving Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in plant operations by:

• Receive and store incoming coffee and tea shipments
• Pull inventory by type, lot number, and date
• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
• Load bags onto lifts and dump into processing systems
• Unload trucks and weigh/tag pallets
• Rotate inventory and organize stock
• Remove empty bags and place in compactor
• Retrieve reclaim tea from the production floor, separate by blend, and process through the tea shredder
• Complete required paperwork and inventory records
• Assist with other duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Forklift driving experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant forklift/warehouse experience)
• Stable work history and consistent reliability
• Basic math and recordkeeping skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow inventory procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability matters — we value team members who show up ready to contribute and take pride in their work
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow written instructions
• Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds and push/pull up to 130 pounds
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic
