  • Assist with subcontractor production tracking and invoice verification.
  • Support weekly progress meetings with customers and internal project teams.
  • Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring crews follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of telecommunications outside plant (OSP) construction experience.
  • Experience supervising multiple field crews on FTTH, backbone, middle-mile, or long-haul fiber projects.
  • Strong knowledge of underground fiber construction including directional drilling, plowing, trenching, conduit installation, and restoration.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, utility prints, permits, and engineering packages.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working directly with subcontractors and field personnel.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile construction reporting applications.
  • Ability to work independently in fast-paced construction environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) preferred at the time of hire.
  • Candidates without a CDL must obtain one within the first 90 days of employment.
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting rural broadband or BEAD-funded fiber construction projects.
  • Knowledge of utility locating, restoration, permitting, and traffic control practices.

Travel Requirements
