Market Development Ambassador Join the Team at zTrip

zTrip is North America’s largest taxi transportation provider, delivering safe, dependable, and innovative mobility solutions nationwide. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an energetic and outgoing Market Development Ambassador to help grow our presence and generate new opportunities in the Birmingham market.

The Market Development Ambassador is instrumental in driving local growth by increasing brand awareness, generating new business, and building strong community relationships. This role is ideal for a motivated, people-focused professional who enjoys networking, representing a brand, and turning connections into lasting partnerships.

Working alongside local leadership, you will lead outreach efforts, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that support long-term market expansion.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to increase ridership and revenue
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and key decision-makers
• Manage and track leads through CRM systems
• Schedule and deliver presentations, meetings, and proposals to prospective clients
• Maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into long-term partnerships
• Develop strategic alliances that support continued growth

• Serve as a visible representative of zTrip throughout the Birmingham community
• Attend and participate in networking events, outreach initiatives, and local functions
• Promote brand awareness through direct engagement and relationship-building
• Actively participate in Chambers of Commerce, business associations, and community groups
• Build strong connections within local business and entrepreneurial networks

• Support execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional efforts
• Assist with social media engagement and increasing brand visibility
• Contribute to content that showcases services and community involvement
• Coordinate grassroots marketing initiatives to drive awareness
• Support email campaigns and customer communications

• Assist with recruiting events and driver engagement initiatives
• Help maintain positive customer relationships and service satisfaction
• Support leadership with special projects and growth initiatives
• Ensure clear communication across teams and community partners

• Strong communication, networking, and sales skills
• Confident and outgoing personality with a passion for engaging people
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up abilities
• Experience in sales, marketing, outreach, or community engagement preferred
