Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide specialized speech services within a K-12 public school setting in Alabaster, Alabama. Working across multiple school sites, you will support a diverse Special Education population, delivering therapy and assistance to students ranging from kindergarten through 12th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language pathology services to a caseload of 40-60 students with special needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Conduct assessments, document progress, and adjust strategies to meet students' evolving needs.
• Travel between multiple school locations within the district to deliver consistent care.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Alabama.
• Certification options accepted: SLP - CCC, SLP - CFY, or SLP - School credentials.
• Experience working within K-12 school environments preferred.
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while maintaining high-quality care.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Duration: August 6, 2025 May 23, 2026 (Contract School Year).
• Location: Alabaster, AL.
• Caseload size: 40-60 students.
