Elite Technical is seeking several Communications Specialist (Lead and Senior) to support our government client in either Huntsville AL or Washington DC. This opportunity requires a Top Secret Clearance and able to be onsite 1x per week (First week will be onsite, 5x per wk M-F before going hybrid week 2).The selected candidates will Lead and/or support the Lead Communications Specialist in executing communication plans and strategies, and the realignment of communication strategies ensuring alignment with the FBI-s objectives. This role will oversee communication efforts related to workforce transitions, stakeholder engagement, and public relations. This role will assist in drafting communications, coordinating events, and supporting the day-to-day communication needs of the team.
Required Skills
- Required Clearance: Top Secret- Required Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Ability to present information and respond effectively to sensitive issues.
- Ability to solve problems involving various types of situations.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear and concise messaging.
- Familiarity with federal government communication processes.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Required Years of Experience in communications or public relations, with specific experience in change management communications for government agencies:
** For Lead: 6+ years + team leadership experience.
