Use data gathering and light analysis to inform decision‑making and future platform enhancements (no advanced analytics required). Build and maintain clear and actionable Excel-based reports or summaries to communicate findings and recommendations. Validate business requirements with stakeholders and collaborate cross‑functionally during solution design and implementation. Recommend post‑launch improvements based on stakeholder feedback and system performance. Proactively resolve requirement‑related conflicts to ensure clarity and alignment across all teams.
