Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding position is available for two experienced School Psychologists to provide essential mental health and educational support for students in Mobile, AL. One role is based at Forest Hill Elementary, while the other serves as an itinerant School Psychologist for a private school and its surrounding cluster, with exact schools to be confirmed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students to support academic and behavioral success.
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Active Alabama school psychology license.
• Proven experience working with K-12 student populations.
• Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both in assigned schools and across multiple locations in an itinerant role.

Position Details:

• On-site work required, with one position at Forest Hill Elementary and one itinerant position at a private school cluster.
• Full-time schedule at 37.5 hours per week.
• Contract dates from March 23, 2025, through May 29, 2026, including Extended School Year (ESY) and Non-School Year (NSY) periods.
• Potential for contract renewal based on performance during contracted periods.
