Compensation:$97,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and transparency in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
- Participate actively in training sessions to develop your sales, leadership, and consulting skills.
- Utilize company-provided tools and resources to effectively manage and grow a client base.
- Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance and retirement planning, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Track and report your sales activities and progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally, ensuring clients feel informed and supported.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering trust and transparency with clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt, participating actively in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members, sharing insights and strategies to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and resources to manage and expand a client base efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling you to track and report sales activities in alignment with company goals and objectives.
