Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and team members
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements
- Respond to voicemails and emails from clients promptly
- Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Handle calls for billing, claims, or underwriting investigations
- Support clients in the office as needed
- Hold an active Personal Lines OR Property & Casualty Insurance License
- Have a minimum of 6 months insurance experience
- Possess an upbeat and positive attitude
- Commitment to excellence and be willing to go the extra mile
- Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast paced environment
