Team OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Tuscaloosa, AL by HMD Trucking
Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- CPM $0.77 Split
- +$0.05 CPM Safety & productivity bonus split

- Empty Miles: Paid at the same CPM as loaded miles (company drivers only)
- Extra Stops: $50 per additional stop
- Detention Pay: $25 per hour after the first 2 hours
- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours
- Orientation Pay: $150
Drive team routes nationwide, moving dry van freight safely and punctually with your co-driver.
Truck Features:
- Model-year tractors under 3 with APUs, inverters & sleepers
- Dedicated in-house maintenance
Job Duties:
- Divide driving tasks on long-haul routes
- Adhere to DOT and company safety guidelines
- Handle cargo documentation and inspections
