2. Shift: Evening Shift | 3PM–11PM | Full-Time
3. Hourly Pay Range: $32.00–$42.50/hour (based on experience)
4. Sign-On Bonus: $12,000
5. Extras: Shift Differential + Full Benefits

Position Overview: Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Evening Shift

As an RN , you will provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs are met through individualized care plans.

Qualifications

1. Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
5. Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
6. Current BLS/CPR certification required
7. Long-term care experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting
2. Assess, monitor, and document residents’ health conditions and progress
3. Administer medications and treatments in compliance with facility protocols
4. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans
5. Provide education and support to residents and families
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
7. Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment
8. Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery
